What if I have additional questions about my child’s registration?

When payment due? What happens if I do not remit payment prior to the start of the course?
Tuition is due on the date of Course Registration & Introduction as listed on your confirmation email. If payment is not remitted by the start of the course, your child will not be able to attend and he/she may risk losing his/her seat.

What if my tuition check bounces or there is insufficient funds in my account?
You will be assessed a $45 fee should a check bounce or there be insufficient funds.

What if my child has to miss several classes due to other activities? How can he/she make up the classes?
If you already know which dates your child has to miss his/her classes, please indicate these details at the time of registration in the "Comment" section. If your child is attending a virtual course, a recording of the course will be available for your child's viewing. If your child is attending an in-person course, there may be an opportunity to attend a virtual make up class. Our team will inform you if this is the case. Otherwise, instructors will post all pertinent information via your child's online classroom.
